VMV forged thermodynamic disc reference family. PN25 uses STD16; PN63 uses STD42; PN100 (flanged only) uses F11 STD80. Different constructions retain separate dimensions and operating limits.

L is the connection-to-connection length; H/H1/W follow the dimension key. Threaded models only. DN15/20/25 correspond to nominal 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch ports; confirm BSP/NPT thread form and engagement dimensions on the order drawing.

Nominal pressure class describes the reference body. Operating limits, shell limits and test pressures are different quantities. Maximum pressure and maximum temperature are separate published limits; they are not a simultaneous operating point. Confirm the complete pressure-temperature envelope, selected orifice and backpressure for the duty.
